TWIF: Back to School with Sbraga

This week in food Kevin Sbraga takes diners back to school with a lunchroom roundup of classic kid cuisine.

Beginning on September 4, and running through the month of September, Sbraga will be offering a menu inspired by dishes traditionally served on a tray and usually doled out by a lunch lady.

Menu items include a “Lunchable” style charcuterie assortment, grilled cheese, fish sticks and fries, and it wouldn’t be cafeteria style without a Salisbury steak.

The six-course menu, available only at the Chef’s Counter, runs $75 per person. A wine pairing is also available for an additional $50.

I wonder what wine goes best with fish sticks?!
