Bottoms Up: Carrot and Cilantro Cooler


Sometimes life calls for a cocktail — especially on a Friday. While you can’t go wrong with a simple vodka and soda, there are times when you want to really shake things up. We turn to area restaurants and bars for inspiration. This week, shake up a Carrot & Cilantro Cooler from New York’s Whiskey Blue.

Carrot & Cilantro Cooler

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Herradura Silver Tequila
  • ¾ ounce carrot juice
  • ½ ounce orange juice
  • ½ ounce agave nectar
  • Pinch of cilantro leaves

Directions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
  2. Shake and fine strain into highball glass.
  3. Garnish with carrot disc and cilantro leaf.
