Sometimes life calls for a cocktail — especially on a Friday. While you can’t go wrong with a simple vodka and soda, there are times when you want to really shake things up. We turn to area restaurants and bars for inspiration. This week, shake up a Carrot & Cilantro Cooler from New York’s Whiskey Blue.
Carrot & Cilantro Cooler
- 2 ounces Herradura Silver Tequila
- ¾ ounce carrot juice
- ½ ounce orange juice
- ½ ounce agave nectar
- Pinch of cilantro leaves
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
- Shake and fine strain into highball glass.
- Garnish with carrot disc and cilantro leaf.
